As a provider of contact center software, we act as a “Data Processor” for our Customers (who are the “Data Controllers”). Our Customers use our platform to manage their own communications. The data they input into our system is controlled entirely by them and may include:

Contact Data: Personal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers.

Financial Data: Credit card numbers, bank account details, transaction history.
